Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, tobacco, or similar products)
- Personal care items (e.g., mouthpieces, hoses)
- Customized or personalized products

- USA & New Zealand: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
